Shipping & returns

Applies to orders placed on this site. Last updated 2026-10-27.

Shipping

• Origin. The ARX Bimanual Platform ships from our warehouse in the United States.
• Handling. In-stock orders are packed within 1–2 business days after payment clears or a purchase order is approved.
• Contiguous US. Ground freight, typically 3–7 business days. Freight is not included in the product price: it is quoted by ZIP code and shown before you confirm the order, or invoiced with your quote.
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada. Quoted before shipment; request a quote.
• Duties and taxes. No import duties or customs brokerage for US deliveries. Sales tax is charged at checkout where we are required to collect it; tax-exempt institutions can provide an exemption certificate with a PO order.
• Tracking. Emailed when the carrier picks up. Freight deliveries are to a loading dock or curbside; tell us in advance if you need lift-gate or inside delivery.

Transit damage and dead on arrival

• Inspect the crate on delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.
• Report damage or a unit that does not power up within 48 hours of delivery to info@arx-global.us with photos and your order number. We repair or replace at no cost and arrange return freight.

Returns

• Email us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorisation. Returns are accepted for unused units in the original packaging; return freight and a restocking fee may apply and are confirmed in writing before you ship anything back.
• Units that have been modified, or that show use beyond a bench test, are handled under warranty instead.

Warranty and support

Warranty and support terms are stated on your quote and order confirmation. If procurement needs them in writing before purchase, email us and we send the current terms.
