Terms of sale

Seller

ARX Global, the global sales company of ARX Infinity (Beijing). Contact: info@arx-global.us. Full legal entity, address and tax details are shown on every quote and invoice.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. The first 20 platforms sold in this store are $5,999 each (launch price); after that the price is $6,999. The product price excludes freight, which is quoted per order by delivery ZIP code; volume orders are quoted.
• Online orders are paid through Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, ACH where offered). Purchase orders, wire transfers and ACH are accepted through the quote process; goods ship after payment clears or, for approved institutions, after PO acceptance.
• Sales tax is added where we are required to collect it.

Orders and shipping

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation. Shipping, transit damage and returns follow the shipping & returns policy. Risk passes on delivery to the address you provided.

Intended use

The platform is research and development equipment for robot learning. It is not a toy, not certified for use around untrained people, and must be operated by qualified personnel following the documentation. You are responsible for safe integration, enclosure, emergency stops and compliance with local rules at your site.

Software

Open-source software referenced on this site (arx5-sdk, ARX SDKs and models) is provided by its authors under their own licences. ARX Global does not warrant third-party software.

Export

Goods are sold for use at the delivery address. Re-export is your responsibility under US export rules.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost research time or data.

ARX and the ARX logo are used with the permission of ARX Infinity (Beijing). ARX Global is not connected with ARX Robotics GmbH (Germany).
